We quote on a fixed fee basis in order to ensure that, as far as possible you do not face any unexpected charges. in the unlikely event a   matter becomes unduly complex we will discuss this with you at the      appropriate time and reserve the right to increase the original quote.  in practice however, we would state that this is likely to be a rare occurrence.

Unlike many conveyancing practices, we do not make a separate charge for dealing with mortgage lenders or preparing your land transaction return.
