be threatened with an Employment Tribunal claim;

have received a claim (an ET1 form);

have been sent a solicitors letter;

We will take care of the case on your behalf FREE*

What is included:

we will review the case;

we will submit your response – the ET3 form (please do not do it yourself);

we will advise you on the next steps to settle or defend the case;

we will encourage the claimant to withdraw their case;

we will try to negotiate a settlement within the statutory conciliation period where appropriate;

we will negotiate a Compromise Agreement where appropriate;

we will arrange representation at the tribunal;
